200-hour YTT ∙ Italy ∙ March 20-30, 2024

Teaching yoga starts with building a strong foundation in your own practice – and that is the work of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Together, we deep-dive into the practice + explore yoga’s various pathways of expressions through movement, meditation, breathwork, self-study, philosophical study + more. These trainings require that you show up with an open mind, a curious heart + a willingness to embrace what you learn about the practice and about yourself. You will leave with a certificate to begin teaching yoga, but we expect you’ll find that the certification is the least of what you gain in this time together. If you feel a ping of curiosity, even just a little one, we welcome you with open arms to come join us in the dive. We can’t wait to practice with you.
